I have been passionate about Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) for over 20 years, have experience working with teenagers as well as young adults (Relationship Mentoring and Running Relationship Enrichment Weekends) and have helped develop RSE material for Secondary Education. I have a degree in Psychology and Sociology; am trained in Understanding Autism/Neurodiverse Challenges and have an Accredited Qualification in ‘Teaching Relationships and Sex Education'.
My vision is:
to equip young people with knowledge and skills to build and maintain healthy relationships
to empower them to know their worth and build self-esteem;
to help them recognise the importance of boundaries and choice within relationships;
to support young people to develop skills / resilience to deal with the influence of modern technology / social media on relationships and sex.
I enjoy playing the keyboard, making novelty cakes, chalk-painting and hanging out with friends!
