Hello, I’m Alison or Ali. 

 

I previously worked with Esteem Team for seven years as a mentor/enabler and loved my experiences in the role. Now I am using a different skillset as the administrator for the team.

 

I have a background in childcare, especially early years, working both in private nurseries and primary schools, and later, assessing and quality assuring related qualifications, and I bring these skills and previous management experience to the role, providing continuity and an understanding of the workings of what is a complex operation!

 

I am adaptable to meet individual needs and firmly believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach.  If you have any questions, ask away, I’ll find out if I don’t know!

 

I am married with three children , I love craft and baking as well as beach walks and geocaching with my family. I love using the Cricut machine to make fun creations too.
