Kieron
I am a dedicated practitioner with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent young people, shaped by both my professional background and lived experience. As a father to three neurodivergent boys, I bring a deep, authentic understanding of the challenges families and young people can face, alongside a strengths-based approach focused on growth, confidence and wellbeing.
Alongside my role with the Esteem Team, I am a local youth football coach, where I support young people to develop social skills, emotional regulation, teamwork and resilience through sport. My coaching experience enables me to engage young people in a practical, inclusive way, using physical activity as a powerful tool for connection, communication and self-esteem.
I spent many years in senior management, developing strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. I now apply this experience within the Esteem Team, where I am passionate about helping young people to thrive, ensuring their voices are heard and supporting them to reach their full potential.
