My name is Betty and I am a greyhound crossed with a deerhound or a ‘lurcher’. I can run like the wind but I’m also a bit of a couch potato and love the sofa.

My owners came across me at Hector’s Greyhound Rescue in Staffordshire. They got in touch as soon as they saw me and three days later I found myself living with a great new family in Exmouth. Nic is my new owner and he is one of the Esteem Team.

I love the company of children and young people and I’m very gentle, plus I love a cuddle.

I live in a busy household and I’m a very patient dog.

 

I find the beach very exciting and love to have a run around. Nic introduces me to lots of children and young people and I help build their confidence with my charm and friendly nature.
