Bryony

Hello my name is Bryony. I was so grateful to have had the Esteem Team kindness and services available while I managed the curriculum for my own children and loved what they were doing to make learning accessible to all. I am delighted to now be part of this great team.
I live in Exmouth with my husband and two boys, and we love the sea, the beach, the common and the ice cream. I love to bake and can build the best Minecraft farms!
Caring for and teaching young people has been part of my life for more than 25 years. My formal training began with studies in English with Education and continued with postgraduate study in autism and comparative education. As a teacher at a local special school I taught across age groups and curriculum subjects. It was here I also trained as an advanced skills teacher. I wanted to develop my classroom practice and share useful skills with others to better meet the needs of the children we worked with. It is important to me that childrens' interests and needs are at the heart of their curriculum and their voice is heard throughout. My goal is to see every child thrive and to achieve this by ensuring they have a safe space to learn with trusted adults and an education tailored to their needs. I am looking forward to working alongside Hannah as we share the new Provision Manager role
