My name is Tasha and I joined Esteem team in September 2021 to start my new adventure with them.

 

Over the last six years I have worked in a primary school where I have gained invaluable experience working with children who are Autistic, Dyslexic, have Anxiety, PDA and many others who may also have an EHCP. 

 

I worked as an English teacher after completing my TEFL certificate, working with children aged 5-16 in Exmouth and abroad.

At university I studied BA History and Education where I was able to gain work experience in several school and nursery settings.

​

I have completed lots of training course including: Autism level 2, Understanding Behaviour that challenges, Counselling skills, Understanding Children, Young Peoples Mental Health, Prevent, Safe Guarding and lots more. I have also completed Lego therapy training. 

​

I volunteered for several years with St Johns Badgers group in Exmouth were we taught First Aid to children under 11.

Recently I have started learning how to crochet, being creative and learning new skills. 

 

love watching films (especially Harry Potter), playing board games, listening to music and walking.
